“The buoyancy aid we choose for our grandson was cheaper than anyone else we could find with the product. It arrived in double quick time and exactly as described. Unless they had given it to us for free, couldn't ask for more.”

“Fast delivery and payment of refund. BA arrived unprotected in a plastic bag envelope - it arrived with several large puncture holes - I protected BA with bubble wrap on return. At 5ft 3 the Kokotat Neptune was too padded at the sides and front for me, restricting arm movement for paddling. Disappointed that Escape Watersports currently have no provision to try on expensive items of equipment which need to be right for safety reasons - return postage is costly too.”

“I bought a Plam Paddle, PFD and spraydeck. Delivery was really fast, free and tracked. a returns card was included in the pack which was handy as I needed to return an item. The prices are very competitive!”

“Having just rediscovered the joy of Kayaking I’ve been having a great time learning about the variety of new gear that is available to paddlers. Escape has it all. The online store is split into easy to search categories to help choose your gear, the selection is vast and even if the thing you are after is out of stock you can request to be emailed when stock returns. I’ve contacted their staff via the telephone and via email for advice on fitting, drilling, attaching, wearing, and fixing, a multitude of different products and have always been treated to great advice. My last purchase was a spray deck which I thought was too small, I double checked and was advised by Escape staff to soak the neoprene and leave the spray deck on the cockpit overnight, fixed! They know what you need, even if you don’t! Let them guide you and you’ll improve your experience on the waters in no time. Thanks guys.”
