“Great price and service but difficult (impossible) to speak with someone (I did not try email) which may have saved me money assuming they had sufficient product knowledge. Will use again but for products that I have experience of.”

Our phone lines are open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. During these hours, our team is available to take calls unless they are already assisting other customers. After reviewing your order, I noticed it was placed on a Sunday. As our office is closed over the weekend, our phone lines were not in operation at that time. “Delighted to see on Escape's website a Peak PS Explorer neoprene spraydeck in my size at a good price. Had ordered from Escape before, so it was very quick to complete the order. It was delivered on schedule, well packed and in perfect condition. Just paddled with it and it is a great bit of kit.”

“Only used the swim buoy a few times but has been great so far and kept everything dry. Easy to blow up and deflate and does the job perfectly. Brightly coloured so easy to spot in the open water. No issues so far.”

“I have purchased a good number I kayaking kit and accessories from Escape and there is only one word that sums them up - BRILLIANT. From the massive range they have to the fantastic vale of their prices, especially with amazing sales always ongoing, you can’t fail to get what you want at a great price.
