“Excellent service provided by the Escape team. Had a problem with Royal Mail tracked delivery, I notified the Escape team and received a rapid reply from Shannon, this was followed up by ensuring I had received the delivery, and a second follow up to ensure that all items were as requested and that all items were up to standard.”

“Great quick service and the changing towel was perfect. We all had them in our family and then husband left his at a hotel on a weekend away by mistake and we've not found any that weren't microfibre since. He loved his Father's Day gift!”

“I usually order my Watersports gear from Escape. The easy returns process is invaluable if you’re unable to attend the store to try things on. Overall I’m quite happy with my purchase. It was a little annoying that the buoyancy aid I ordered was a 2022 model, although there were no significant changes to the design since then, it would have been nice to know as I though I was ordering a 2024 model.”
