“I made an order and waited a long time for delivery. I asked for a tracking number, they said it wasn't possible. On the day it was due to arrive I get an email saying the item was "lost". I was told I could get store credit, but could not reorder the item because it was no longer in stock, even thouth the item appeared to be in stock on their website. It still says "in stock" 3 weeks later.”
