“Very happy with the product only thing I wasn't pleased about was i ordered it last Thursday night and paid for next day delivery and didn't get until Monday.”

Hi Will, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we are glad you are so pleased with the product but we are very sorry about the delivery process. The shipping method is a Next Working Day service, with the order being placed after 4 O'Clock on a Thursday it will be dispatched Friday for next working day Delivery which is Monday. Looking at the feedback you have left us we will now look much closer into our delivery process and ease of access to information about our delivery options. Once again thank you for taking the time to leave us such great feedback, customer feedback is great for us so we can look into what our customers would like us to improve/change. “Brett is the perfect example of how customer service should be. Pleasant, polite, professional. We spoke soon after my order was placed to advise of a delay with the Ted Baker bracelet arriving and that he would let me know when it was due in. He had the courtesy to call back a few hours later in the day to advise that the item had arrived into stock from Ted Baker and I would get delivery next day. Thanks John”

“Great service, delivery is decent. Good to deal with if items don't fit and refunds aren't a problem. Free postage on returns would be a bonus. Never really had an issue with this company.”
