“My ted baker coat I ordered was stuffed into a box that was too small and so it was totally creased and unsuitable & unfit for anything after that so returned it. Delivery quick just a shame the box was too small.”

“Customer service is excellent. I had to return 2 pairs of UGG trainers as they were faulty and was refunded straightaway. This was the fault of UGG not Eqvvs.”

“I bought a pair of large hoop earrings which were lovely but bigger than i normally wear. As I had broken the seal I couldn’t exchange them and no one in my family wore large hoops either. So a friend had them and was very happy, expensive for me though!!!”
