Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We try really hard to process returns as quick as possible and always within 5 business days of arriving back at our warehouse, we're sorry that you feel it was longer than expected. The Bank Holiday at the start of May did cause a small delay in your return being processed but I can see it was still processed well within the 5 business days.

“Very easy and straightforward to order and buy the items I required. Delivery was also excellent with the items arriving the next day. Quality and presentation of clothes was also excellent.”

“Order an RL jacket. Arrived in the time stipulated. Was slightly bigger than expected. Started a return and was pleasantly surprised at how slick the process was. I am over the moon with the service and even more so with the quality of the Ralph Lauren Jacket. Very happy”

We have previously sold Stone Island both online and in our stores but sadly, due to reasons out of our control, we're no longer able to do so.
