“I cannot fault Equi-London per say however, I think the product is over-priced. I am sure the ingredients are quality but the product I purchased did not dissolve in water and it was artificial in flavour”

Just so you know, unlike our competitors, we don't add any emulsifiers to our products because even though they make the product blend up better, they often contain not-so-good compounds that we dont believe should be in a supplement. A shaker can really help it mix better if you've got one.
Regarding the cost - we do understand it is not the cheapest product on the market but most products work out at £1.55/ day or less with subscription discount (which is fully flexible and you can stop at any time.) We price this as best we can given the quality we uphold - the purity of the ingredients and the dose size we include to ensure it works, which is always the most important factor for us. The product replaces a whole shelf of supplements with one, buying the 10 products it includes separately would cost around £250/month. Wishing you all the best

Thankfully, glass is 100% recyclable and can be recycled endlessly without loss in quality or purity.
This is why we choose to use this material for our supplements. I would like to reassure you that the glass we use is also in recycled form.
You could also look at using your jars as storage solutions. With a quick wash, you could use the jars to store homemade condiments or homemade treats.

“The formulation itself I believe works as I have noticed since taking it that I have more energy and clarity in mind, however I think packaging can be greatly improved. The bottle for the oil leaks once its opened so its not very travel friendly and the pipette doesn’t hold much liquid so you have to keep going back to the bottle to get more. Also once you’ve used half of it, the pipette isn’t long enough to reach the rest of the oil and so its not very straightforward to take at all. It would be great if Equi could find a solution to these problems and look into packaging the oil differently.
The jar for the powder is fine however I think for people who have signed up for the subscription service it would be more eco friendly and cheaper for the company and the consumer to be sent refills in sachets so they can empty them out into the jar instead of sending a new glass jar every month.”

“I gave the Menopause Formula three stars, only because I just really can't cope with the taste! It comes as a powder that you mix in water but it's just not particularly pleasant so I haven't really been able to test it out. I would definitely give it another go if this came in tablet form. I'm definitely a fan of what you are doing though (hence five stars for Equi London) so keep doing it!”

It’s great to have your feedback and we totally appreciate it can feel wasteful to throw things away. We do our absolute best to make the product and packaging are as sustainable as they can be as this is so important to us. The lid is plastic but it is recyclable and obviously, the glass jar is also recyclable. We don't have a refill option currently however it is something we are working on. We do also have to consider that many of the available refill sachets aren't always the most sustainable and many are not fully recyclable.
That being said, we hate throwing our jars away (it hurts more than a wine bottle or glass water bottle somehow!) so are doing our best to work on this.

“I started on the original formula tablets a few months ago hoping it will give me a small improvement in my energy levels as I was constantly worn out and low on motivation by most afternoons. “Good company to deal with, quick delivery. I bought the menopause capsules first after recommendation from a friend along with the oil. I agree the pipette is frustrating to use and of poor quality. However by mistake I bought the menopause formula for the second month and I have to say it tastes absolutely disgusting, and find it hard to keep it down if I’m honest. I have quickly changed my repeat back to capsules. Not sure it is working yet so going to give it more time in the hope it works like others have reported”

We're really sorry to hear about the issues you faced with our Menopause Oil Edition pipette and sorry to hear that you struggled with the taste of our Menopause Formula.
For maximum taste and smoothness, we recommend it is consumed in a shaker, however if you don’t have one then it should still mix well in a glass. Can I check first if you weighed out the 6g? That can make a big difference. The amount of liquid it needs mixing with can vary from one person to another (dependent on preference), but typically we say 200-250ml. Some try with coconut water or a plant-based milk.
This being said, the capsule version sounds like it is be better suited to you and we hope you begin to notice the benefits very soon.
