I started on the original formula tablets a few months ago hoping it will give me a small improvement in my energy levels as I was constantly worn out and low on motivation by most afternoons. Within about 2-3 weeks of starting Equi I already felt a huge improvement! My energy levels are back to where they were a decade ago! I finish work and still have the motivation and energy to do jobs or get out and about. I've also noticed a significant improvement in my monthly cycles, they've been a lot less painful and more consistent. I can't recommend Equi enough, I've already got friends and family started on it and they've felt the improvement too! It's ridiculously easy as they send out each months tablets so you don't have to worry about reordering. I also really like the fact they are delivered in glass bottles with almost no plastic packaging, so they are sustainable too!
