I gave the Menopause Formula three stars, only because I just really can't cope with the taste! It comes as a powder that you mix in water but it's just not particularly pleasant so I haven't really been able to test it out. I would definitely give it another go if this came in tablet form. I'm definitely a fan of what you are doing though (hence five stars for Equi London) so keep doing it!
