“I’ve always been pretty sceptical about taking supplements and I was about to go through a big change from coming off the contraceptive pill (after 12 years). I have been taking the pregnancy bundle (formula and oil) since September and can honestly say they have been amazing. I thought my skin would flare up after coming off the pill, since that was one of the main reasons I started taking it way back when. I feel it has really helped regulate my hormones. As well as this, my hair and nails have never been stronger! Which is an added bonus. I chose this supplement for the fertility boosting benefits, since we are now trying for a baby. “I was a bit apprehensive about buying the menopause supplement as I have tried many over the counter supplements to help ease my menopausal symptoms over the years to no avail. I cannot take HRT due to past medical conditions. Anyway, Ive been using it for 3 weeks now & have already noticed changes in my mood, anxiety & hot flushes. The symptoms haven’t completely gone but hey it’s early days. I am yet to see improvements in my energy levels & body aches & pains. However, I am hopeful that these will also ease in time.
