“I was a bit apprehensive about buying the menopause supplement as I have tried many over the counter supplements to help ease my menopausal symptoms over the years to no avail. I cannot take HRT due to past medical conditions. Anyway, Ive been using it for 3 weeks now & have already noticed changes in my mood, anxiety & hot flushes. The symptoms haven’t completely gone but hey it’s early days. I am yet to see improvements in my energy levels & body aches & pains. However, I am hopeful that these will also ease in time. So for now I’m gonna give it a 3/4 star as there’s along way to go & I also think The supplement is very expensive for a months supply.”

It comes as a powder that you mix in water but it's just not particularly pleasant so I haven't really been able to test it out. I would definitely give it another go if this came in tablet form. I highly recommend. If I could have 1 wish? For the menopause formula to come out in tablet form as it is a lot easier for me to take in that way than mix a smoothie but it won’t stop me taking it.
