“I received a very professional and responsive service from EOS. Not being trade, or having any experience of a skylight I had many questions, and EOS were very patient whilst re-assuring me on the right choices (electric glass, automatic opening/closing, blinds etc).”

“2400 x 600 fixed roof light for one of our rental properties - Arrived well packed and fastened to a pallet; delivery guy unloaded onto driveway (even though he wasn't supposed to). Product was in perfect condition. Hole construction and fitting instructions were clear and accurate. Product installed onto what I'd constructed without a fuss (which was just as well as it was nearly 100KG). Looks great and the extra light makes so much difference to the space below. Now thinking of using EOS roof lights on a large extension we have planned for our own house. Would definitely recommend. Seriously consider the extra expense of buying the upstand from EOS (I didn't and it worked out OK, but would have been so much quicker if I'd bought the upstand).”

“The EOS rooflight arrived well protected on a pallet. When it was unpacked I noticed the strong metal frame surrounding the glazed unit, together with a manufactured upstand, I knew I'd purchased a quality product. When it was fitted, it made a huge difference to the amount of daylight in a newly constructed kitchen.”

“After shopping around and speaking to a few companies, I was satisfied that EOS weren't only well priced, but their pre-sales advice on the phone was really helpful and when I checked competitors' windows specifications I could see that EOS do use significantly stronger glass in their windows. After buying the window I had a bit of a nightmare with the roofers who were fitting it (NOTE: If you're buying an EOS windows, please make sure you've got a qualified joiner involved and encourage them to examine the technical drawings in details), however I made a couple of phone calls to EOS with questions and clarifications and they were extremely helpful every time - I was able to talk immediately to people with expert technical knowledge of the products and installation techniques.”

“I selected EOS fixed roof windows for my side return extension. The windows and upstands are high quality and are a precision fit (builder’s feedback). They look fantastic once fitted since the windows provide a frame-less internal view maximising light in the room. Purchased from SKG windows – great service and quick delivery.”

“We have 2, 2 x 1m EOS rooflights in our new Kitchen and they look amazing! you can plaster right up to the glass giving a beautifully clean look. We have already had a neighbour visit who is also going to buy some for her build.”
