Thanks Eddy, you won't believe this but your friend doesn't have mice he has rats too! it's being sorted out by our technician, the dropping was too big to be mice and the tracking dust told us exactly what we are dealing with, thanks for the review and the drainage guys say thanks for the cus of tea!

Bedbugs are the most invasive pests that we have to deal with in London and it seems that they are increasing as a pest species, so glad that we could help you with your bedbug problem today and we are confident that you will email bedbug-free, please check the seams of those mattresses on the beds when you go off on your travels!!!!

“I have had problems with mice for years now and tried different companies who failed to get rid of then permanently but this company identified some major entry points and have sealed then now.The results were immediate and I haven't seen or heard a thing for 3 weeks.They know there stuff and will use them again”

Thanks for the review and yes proofing is the major strategy that should be implemented in the control of mice into the home, of course, you want to control the existing mouse problem then proof against a next invasion of the rodents, glad we were successful

“I had cockroaches from the neighbours and it took 5 visits from this company to resolve the issue, to be fair they had to get in next door and they didn't charge me extra but I had to live with the cockroaches for too long”

Hi Carla, appreciate the honest review, cockroaches do not respect human boundaries and it did take a little while to convince your neighbours that we needed access to control the cockroach problem, its very common in blocks of flats in London that the cockroaches trace; in and around the shared pipework, glad we could get this cockroach problem under control for you

“I had pigeons in my attic and had 3 quotations for the treatment which would include removal of the birds and sanitation, Environ was the cheapest quote and they done it the same week so I'm impressed with the service.”

we love challenging rat k=jobs, especially where other companies have failed to resolve the issue, we always go the extra mile in looking for the source of the infestation and then controlling the rat problem through the drains and with trapping and tracking dust

Thanks Lilian, we nee to get to the source of the rat problem so we have to survey all areas of the property including the gardens, attic spaces, neighbours and of course the drains and drainage system where it related to the road, once we have worked all this out the treatment is usually straight forward, thanks for the review

Thanks for this Sebastian, removing mice is not a magic wand and is exactly the reason why we space our 2 pest control visits 2 weeks apart, we only ask for patience in carrying out our mice eradication programme and we can remove the mice for good from your apartment, glad we could help you out and thanks

Thanks Lucy! appreciate the comments, we always survey prior to a proposal and quotation for common cloth moth so that we can identify the source of the infestation (in this instance it was in the carpets ) ou simply cannot quote for a treatment without first seeing exactly what species you have and how to treat correctly

“I had bedbugs in my home and after Environ done a survey of my premises it was determined that they were in all of the bedrooms and also in my neighbours property, they arranged access to the flat below which was where they had come from so we treated all parts of the building, 2 weeks later the bugs have drastically reduced and we have 1 more visit in which I have been assured that will be eradicated completely, very happy at the moment!”
