“Bought the whiskey tumbler as a gift and its absolutley beautifull. Gift wrapping is fabulous too, and delivery was speedy. I really pleased with my purchase.”

“I bought a Pewter Mug as a gift for a friend, had it engraved with his name and shipped across the pond to the US. I called the customer service number to ask about the engraving which was very helpful. The representative answered my questions and ensured my worries were quelled and my needs were met. I received my mug in the package and it looked as though it had been tossed around on the flight over. The mug was bent on the top but I was kind of able to bend it back to its original shape. I think the mug should have been padded better before shipping so this wouldn’t happen. I would have preferred to have an option to direct the engravers to put the engraving on the opposite side and more centered on the mug.”

“I love the quality of the Quaich that I received and the fact that it was shipped to me very quickly. My only issue was that the engraving was very small and was done on the outside edge of the quaich rather than the inside. It's probably my fault for not checking, but having researched numerous different sites I had seen that all engraving was done inside; on the bottom of the Quaich and was large and obvious. Had I known that the engraving would be on the outside and barely visible I would not have paid the additional cost. Perhaps you can update your listings to show / make it clear where you engrave.”
