All of our pewter products are handmade in the world famous manufacturing city of Sheffield. For centuries Sheffield has been synonymous with quality manufacturing. “I purchased this as a replacement for what I thought was an identical glass purchased some years ago. Its a lovely glass but narrower although both 11oz! I was disappointed about that and messaged customer care who I have to say we’re not very sympathetic or helpful!”

Dear Barry, I am deeply sorry that you had a negative experience with your tumbler. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and it's disappointing to hear that we failed to meet your expectations. From looking into this matter, I can see the glass you originally had was from John Lewis (Who have a different style of glass to the one we stock on our website) and the current glass you purchased was directly from ourselves. Since then John Lewis, no longer stock the style of glass which you purchased a couple of years ago. Please accept our apologies on this matter. -AG
