“Shipping to the US was quick, and they arrived much sooner than expected. Fiancé loves the glasses, however to my disappointment, the custom engraving on one of the glasses was not included. Everything would be perfect if the engraving was done.”

“My 3oz Slimline Pewter Flask arrived nicely packaged and in a timely manner. The flask feels good in the hand- nice weight and the cap feels robust and high quality overall. However the final polishing job was rather poor- the "shoulders"/ corners of the flask have deep marks. More care needs to be taken with polishing for a uniform appearance as I was quite disappointed- but have ordered the appropriate pewter polish to sort it myself in 20 mins or so rather than sending it back. Would have happily given 5 stars to this lovely flask had extra care been taken in finishing and QC. I would order again from this company; I like the feel of the pewter and the designs on offer are lovely. I shall just bare in mind I may have to work on the items with a Cape Cod cloth! Lastly- the plastic funnel is fine and does the job. This cost cutting measure doesn't bother me and this would still gift well.”

“Concerning the requested engraving on my order of the 1962 Tankard, this was not effected. I was therefore very disappointed and subsequently requested a refund of £6.00.”

“Arrived without the pewter Stag motif but it was immediately offered to rectify. Awaiting it's return. It arrived today!! 24.8.22. It is beautiful. The return was made so easy and totally free. I am delighted and my son will love it. Thank you.”

“Hi my name is Sylvia Anne Holt and I ordered this product from you and was disappointed when I received the product as the packaging that it was sent in was open and no receipt or paperwork was enclosed. When I took the Hip Flask out of the packaging it was leaking with water all over it. It was a 60th Birthday present and it took the excitement out of it being bought. Sorry.
