“I have needed to use Elliot Mather on two occasions My separation settlement and to write my Will - Both of which were made easy by the professional advice I was given by both solicitors (Julie Skill and Filip Feret) The whole approach and behaviour took into consideration the sensitivity of each requirement and it was this that encouraged me to introduce them to my older parents who also wished to make a will Great service - High;y recommend”

“What went well- transaction executed well with ability to work virtually. Even better if - communication of the conveyancing process was terrible. There was no clear explaination of the basic process steps, and where our purchase / sale was along this process (ie, what info was needed, what was complete and at what point decisions should be made). This meant we were always in the dark about what to expect. It’s crying out fox a basic process checklist to be communicated each week.”

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I’m pleased you were happy about certain elements of the service received. I have passed on details of areas suggested for improvement to our Conveyancing Team to see how improvements can be made. You should have received at the outset a detailed guide which talks you through the whole process and sets out the various steps although due to every transaction being unique we appreciate some transactions can deviate slightly. I can only apologise if you didn’t receive this. I know the team are always happy to provide any additional guidance upon request.

“They was ok untill they threatened me two days before I got my keys demanding £1200 more than they should have or I wouldn't get my house. Never got an apology off them. Got emails to prove it”

“Being my first ever house purchase I have very little to compare with, however, for a first-time buyer, I felt the process was simple and pain-free, and I feel this was because the staff from Elliot Mathers did all the hard work for us. Our contact Amy was always available for questions and to answer any queries we had, she also made sure we were kept up to date at all stages along the way. I feel the cost of the service was very reasonable and saved us a lot of time and effort, would certainly recommend them to others.”

“On completion day the team pulled out all the stops to get the monies across to the house builder ASAP so that we could move in that day after the buyers solicitor was very slow sending the money over. Much appreciated.”

“I have recently purchased my first house and I went with Elliot Mather after a recommendation from a friend. Sarah Frisby as assigned to me and she was fantastic from start to finish. She really made sure the whole process was as smooth as possible and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Having never gone through the process before I was a little nervous about how stressful it might be but I had absolutely no reason to be and that is thanks to how Sarah managed everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“I am very pleased with the service provided by Elliot Mathers (Nottingham). I had contacted them to represent me regarding conveyance/house buying. Bryony Lewis was very efficient in processing the initial file and all the initial required processes (e.g., Id checks, searches etc.). I was then supported well by both Carmen Southern (Conveyance Assistant) and Daniel Lindon (Partner) throughout the process. Importantly, they were contactable throughout. They supported me despite the near collapse of the house sale. I appreciate everything they did to get the house sale complete. Thank you, all.”
