Being my first ever house purchase I have very little to compare with, however, for a first-time buyer, I felt the process was simple and pain-free, and I feel this was because the staff from Elliot Mathers did all the hard work for us. Our contact Amy was always available for questions and to answer any queries we had, she also made sure we were kept up to date at all stages along the way.
I feel the cost of the service was very reasonable and saved us a lot of time and effort, would certainly recommend them to others.
