“Amy and the team were absolutely fantastic. They got my purchase through in 9 weeks with Christmas in the middle, and dealt with a challenging sale with so much professionalism. Contact was very regular, almost daily. I couldn’t have asked for better!”

“A great team to deal with. Looked after us well from start to completion. I close team of 3 directly dealing with our needs, so always someone available to answer any queries. Very communicative (via email correspondence), and completely understanding of our limited availability during the day. Very swift in completing all aspects of the sale/purchase process and really made us feel valued. A very reasonable charging structure too. Would definitely recommend this firm.”

“We successfully moved into 6 Welbeck Grove last Friday. Elliot Mather staff, Amy Wright, Sally Rutter and two more staff ensured this move was carried out in a timely and professional manner. Any hold-ups were due to the sellers' representatives. I would not hesitate to recommend Elliot Mather to anybody that required house conveyancing.”

“I was quite disappointed with the service we received. There were several delays caused by Elliot Mather and a lack or urgency throughout our house purchase process. When I raised the lack of urgency I also did not receive any response to this element of my email. We were charged an additional fee for the Help to Buy scheme, however on both occasions where the paperwork needed completing for this Elliot Mather completed it incorrectly. This also meant we didn’t complete on the day we had thought, and we weren’t even told. We found out by calling for an update. We then completed 2 working days later than planned, despite our deposit and mortgage money being in place.”

“I am very grateful for the lovely service I received despite the time pressures. Emma and Leanne were very supportive and knowledgeable. Should I need any assistance in the future I will not hesitate to employ Elliot Mather again. Also there was no hidden costs which I very much appreciate. The service would have been even better if there was a courtesy call to just check in and update particularly during the middle of the deal. All in all very happy with the service I received. Thank you!”

“Elliot Mather was recommended to me as being a good company to use for my recent house sale and purchase. Having now completed this process I can wholeheartedly agree. The service provided to me was professional, not missing a trick, yet friendly and with personal contact.
