“I was quite disappointed with the service we received. There were several delays caused by Elliot Mather and a lack or urgency throughout our house purchase process. When I raised the lack of urgency I also did not receive any response to this element of my email. We were charged an additional fee for the Help to Buy scheme, however on both occasions where the paperwork needed completing for this Elliot Mather completed it incorrectly. This also meant we didn’t complete on the day we had thought, and we weren’t even told. We found out by calling for an update. We then completed 2 working days later than planned, despite our deposit and mortgage money being in place.”
