The older man at the reception desk was off-hand when I arrived both to leave my car and later when I collected it. Although the slow puncture was repaired, when I arrived home I discovered the tyre had not had any air added nor had the tyre pressures been entered on my car system as had been done on a previous occasion. Consequently, I had to do this myself. I will think twice about using this garage again which is a shame because I have used it before.

Ordered my tyres through black circles which I’ve done many times before, it asks what day and time you’d like them fitted which it gave me the option am or pm along with a day, I got an email through saying “First come first serve” so what was the point in choosing a day or time you chose it for me basically. The guy in the garage seemed like the most unenthusiastic person I’ve ever met border line rude. Tyre fitting was fine along with the tracking. After it was completed and I went to collect my keys I expected an invoice of some sort to say the work was completed which I got told the printer isn’t working so you can’t have one, so I asked it to be emailed to me and they said they can’t, I mean really it’s 2022 and you can’t email an invoice?, what was the point of taking my email then?. Then I had to wait longer for them to verify I paid which was done at the start and I had to wait again. Just a rough process, the only reason I chose this garage was because it was the closest time to get my tyres fitted but I can assure you I won’t be coming back as it was a pain in the backside. I think you need to change the first come first serve process, people have busy lives and I don’t want to be hanging around or not knowing when my car is going to be finished, and the invoice situation needs to be updated as well. It’s not hard to send an email is it?.

I have had problems with a run flat tyre driver side rear tyre which I bought from Elite Garages but they do not seem to be able to sort out why the pressure keeps going down every few days . I took it there on 13 January to ask them to check the tyre but they checked the passenger rear tyre which is the wrong one . I have been there 5 times now . They said there is no puncture and the valve is ok, so, it must be a faulty tyre. I bought 2 new front tyres on 13 January and did the alignment as well . I think the staff are very incompetent . If I knew they are so bad , I wouldn’t have used the garage .

The work done was fine. What is not so fine is that I sent you an email last Wednesday regarding a quote for further work to be done by your Deal garage, but I have yet to receive a reply or even an acknowledgement of its receipt. Perhaps you could investigate and let me have your conclusions. Robert Knight

Phoned yesterday to ask for availability to fit two tyres of my own. Advised to go today in the morning. Went there, just to be told its their company policy not to fit partly worn tyres. Fair enough, but this policy is not mentioned anywhere on their website I wasn't told on the phone either, when I said I am asking to have my owb tyres fitted. And the only thing that makes my tyres distinctive from new, was the absence of stickers and a bit of dust. But the guy couldn't even be bothered to have a look at them first, before sending me away. Even though they're supposedly offering free tyres health check.

At Elite Garages, we only fit brand new tyres due to safety issues. We do offer free tyre health checks. During a tyre health check we inspect the tyre condition, tread depth and pressure and advise accordingly. This is different to tyre fitting. Apologies if you felt we did not make this clear. Removed wheel then said they hadn’t got a tyre said it would take about 40 mins to get one.So went for a walk came back an hour later and they said it’s here just going to fit it.So nearly two hours to get a standard tyre fitted and I was the only customer there.

I had an MOT on Saturday 7-8-21 at dominion road Bmth. 1. The mechanic thought he had a right to change the radio channel while working on my car and I couldn’t change it back to the preferred station 2. I returned home with a rattle on my car to find there was something dragging under the car. I had to call my recovery company to fix this which cost me £25 . A cover had been left unbolted under the car. Clearly the mechanic was in a rush to leave work for his Saturday night out. How dangerous is this approach to a responsible Job? I will not be using Elite again. I have used them for quiet a few years with different cars and found them satisfactory . Not any more I’m afraid.

Hi I would like to register my disappointment in your discount voucher scheme My son and I use your garage in Portsmouth on a regular basis and have always found the service to be of a high standard, however yesterday my son had his car in for MOT and premium service I then had one of your vouchers sent to his email address as I have done in the past with my car the voucher concerned was for £50.00 off when you have MOT and Premium service off when you use said service. We went to collect the car last night 9th September, the bill came to £335.00 so when we gave the staff the voucher the new total was £315.00, on questioning this I was told that as we are using the £50.00 off voucher the price of the MOT had to be raised to it's original price, I find this very deceiving, and only actually got £20.00 discount. When I used the voucher on my own car some months ago the £50.00 was deducted without any questions asked, has the procedure changed, I feel my son has been cheated here What is the point in offering people vouchers if when you come to use them you put the prices up, I am sorry to say but I believe this to a bit of a con and never expected this from your company I feel that strong about it that am now seriously considering taking mine and my sons business elsewhere. Your thoughts on this matter would be greatly appreciate

I was taking my car to this garage few times in the past, but seems their standards are not the same as before, in August I book my car for a repair, I left the car early in the morning at garage and when I called at @ 2.15 PM they even didn't start doing anything on my car. I got a call at @18.00 saying that the car is going to be done next day and ready to collect at 9.45. But the problem still not resolved with the noise/ suspension on driver site, even was road tested by the mechanic before.
