Ordered my tyres through black circles which I’ve done many times before, it asks what day and time you’d like them fitted which it gave me the option am or pm along with a day, I got an email through saying “First come first serve” so what was the point in choosing a day or time you chose it for me basically. The guy in the garage seemed like the most unenthusiastic person I’ve ever met border line rude. Tyre fitting was fine along with the tracking. After it was completed and I went to collect my keys I expected an invoice of some sort to say the work was completed which I got told the printer isn’t working so you can’t have one, so I asked it to be emailed to me and they said they can’t, I mean really it’s 2022 and you can’t email an invoice?, what was the point of taking my email then?. Then I had to wait longer for them to verify I paid which was done at the start and I had to wait again. Just a rough process, the only reason I chose this garage was because it was the closest time to get my tyres fitted but I can assure you I won’t be coming back as it was a pain in the backside. I think you need to change the first come first serve process, people have busy lives and I don’t want to be hanging around or not knowing when my car is going to be finished, and the invoice situation needs to be updated as well. It’s not hard to send an email is it?.
