“Had to get flat tyre fixed between hospital appointments - Elite procured tyre in a couple of hours and I was on my way. Very good value for money, too”

“I’ve been going to the manning heath elite garage for a few months now as I bough a car with a really slow puncture. Every 6 weeks I called in and a really nice guy Jake pumped up my tyres and reset my car. He was brilliant welcoming me each time and sorting the tyre pressures as I was useless at this kind of thing. I ended up buying a new tyre which he got in the same day and fitted it quickly checking the rest of the tyres for me. He is an absolute gem of a guy, really professional and has the kind of customer service you don’t get these days! He is such a credit to the garage and now I’ll have to come back and change the rest of the tyres when they are due so you haven’t got rid of me! Everyone on site were friendly and helpful. Thanks Jake for sorting my car and showing me how to use stuff on the dash! This car is wasted on me but you were superb! So thank you for your time the last 12 months! Traci”

“Finishing your night shift, to find you have a flat tyre, not a great start to the day. RAC patrolman identified tyre valve was kn.ckered, spare wheel put on car, and recommendation to take vehicle to Elite. What a fabulous recommendation that was. Very very very helpful, personable guys at Elite. Callum did a great job of sorting things out ( even checked other valves, and put wheel back on vehicle). Hayley reception professional and empathic. Thank you, I look forward to my car being serviced at the garage in the new year. A very positive experience from what was a stressful start to the day!”

“After being let down the day before my MOT test even though i booked in advance online at my usual Garage then only to be told my MOT could not be done on that day!??... I was recommended to go to Elite Garages , Newport and was very impressed with the service, helpfulness and friendliness and fitting in my car MOT at very short notice, Thankyou.”

“I needed a headlight bulb for my daughter’s car - she was only with us for one night before driving to Scotland. QuickFit didn’t have the one, so it was in hope that Elite could help. I had no appt and they were busy, but their chap behind the desk came out and fitted one for me. Superb service - and many thanks.”

“We are so impressed with the help and service we received here. Our car had a flat battery so we required help to simply get it to the garage, repair the issues and MOT the car. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy, everything was sorted efficiently and speedily. Gemma, on reception duty and working in the garage, was amazing! Great customer service.”

“Once again, really happy with Elite Garages Brighton. One of my tires had gone completely flat while driving locally. I had an important meeting out of town that afternoon and the team took care of replacing the tyre (giving me a range of options) and had me back on the road swiftly”

“Yet again, sterling service from all at Elite Canterbury. My front left wheel was making a noise like a rusty old washing machine. The car was taken in right away and checked. The problem? A stone trapped in the wheel. Apparently the second case today. The staff refused to take any money for the fix! We already had a high opinion of them - it’s stratospheric now. Thank you!”
