The service was all it should be... Caution to leaving any valuables or personal items in your car as when you return they may not be there as someone has sticky fingers.

Had 2 tyres to be changed but they broke my locking nut and then tried to tell me it was damaged before it has not been used before as the van is 2 years old and not had any tyres changed on it so this cost me £38.40 for a new one then went back to have them changed they took over 1 hour and 20 mins to do so not really good enough.

Air Con problem: not working. Told needed new fan (£300) plus labour (£400). Went to another garage - no gas in cylinder! Regassed for £60 and works perfectly. At same time needed new tyre: quoted £117 which was same as identical tyre from tyrefitters (including disposal, balancing etc). Went ahead and bill was £152. Complained and was told "sorry we should have quoted the all inclusive price instead"

Great garage but is not for changing tyres 😃😃😃😂😂 They couldn't unscrew the Locking Wheel Nuts I've been to different garage And they opened Without any problems🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Won't be going back again. Over 3.5hrs to fit tyres and do tracking. Total joke from start to finish. Won't be recommending. Management full of excuses which weren't my problem. Would never have used them if I had known the trouble it would be

The tyre fitter has destroyed one of my alloy wheels and never mentioned at the time. Found the damage a few days after when cleaning the bead lube from the wheel.

I brought my mini to elite for an mot on 5/4 It failed on a tyre and wing mirror which they sorted and I paid for. It also failed it’s emissions. The young man looked into why and said for £120 they’d change the spark plugs and run a petrol cleaner through it. I decided to get it checked by a mechanic who specialises in minis. He replaced the spark plugs air filter and oil. He also took it to have its emissions checked at another mot garage where it passed. This was on the 12/4. On the 16/4 I returned to elite for the retest an older man asked me what work I’d had done which I told him. I also left the emissions pass sheet in the car to show him. 20 minutes later he came and sat next to me in the waiting room. He was very patronising and condescending. He told me that it had failed again. The test showed that the reason was a broken catalytic converter. This was NEVER mentioned when it failed originally. Before he could quote me a price or recommend a garage they use for work they can’t do I asked for my keys and left. Today I took time off work to take it to another garage to have it moted again. I’d done nothing more to it yet it PASSED!!! I feel that because I took my car to someone else for the original repair the man at elite was trying to intimidate me into having something unnecessary done his whole manner was condescending I feel that’s because I’m a woman. It cost me £50 for another mot test but it showed me that not all garages treat women drivers like they’re idiots. Maybe just big concerns like elite do. Whereas the smaller garages are perhaps just more honest.

I was promised that my car will be as good as new and came back with problems I didn’t have before!! All I had from the garage is lies!! The insurance company told me that the garage will take my car to Honda to change the brakes and take for a test drive to check what the cause of the clunking noise is but the garage changed the brakes themselves and I still have the same problem with new squeaking noises from the new brakes!!

I use Elite in Haywards Heath to change my car tyres, I do so because Blackcircle supplier gave this option and Elite garage is 4 miles away distance from my home, so I bring my car for the tyres service but to be clear, if there was a local alternative. I would use it. Customer Service is horrible. The manager is generally rude and grumpy, as opposed to the team being thankful for the job done.Is this zero tolerance stance on poor management but now I will take the easy choice and avoid this poor Elite garage.

I paid over £1000 for a premium service at Haywards Heath. I even asked if the wheelbearings could be checked as there was excessive noise. I was assured no issues and the car passed. Since the it has cost me over £2000. Firstly to replace the alternator as the pulleys had not been checked. Then the DPF needed toping up. Had not been checked. Finally both front wheel bearings had to be replaced as they were so dangerous. The new mechanic said it was dangerous to drive and should not have passed the MOT. I have written to Elite but grey have declined to respond so now need to take it further

My vehicle was booked for a premium service (£240) which was carried out on Tues 4th Jan. When I next drove my vehicle on Saturday 8th Jan, it was pulsing on idle, the abs lights had come on & when acceleration was applied, the car frequently didn't respond (which I discovered at 65mph on a motorway) When I opened the bonnet at home, I found that the oil cap was missing & there was a lot of smoke coming from the exhaust. I immediately called the garage who wanted me to drive it into them, I refused to do so without an oil cap, so they offered to send a mechanic out (maybe 10mins from location) with oil & a temp cap which I was happy about, they took the car to the garage for diagnostic. The mechanic said that is was possibly a pressure issue caused by incorrect instalation of oil cap. The mileage was noted on service paperwork to show it hadn't driven since the day of service. I was happy about this, I understand that things can go wrong and even the best mechanic can make mistakes. It's how the mistakes are rectified that is important. I feel that coming out with a temp cap & making my vehicle safe is the least they could do. When I enquired about financial compensation, the colleague said that them coming out to my address was compensation and I'm not entitled to anything else. I didn't pay £240 for them not to install the oil cap properly, potentially damage my engine, catalytic converter and the inconvenience to have to source my own replacement vehicle last minute (I had work at 05.00 the following morning) I feel that if something trivial as not fitting an oil cap properly wasn't carried out, what else was missed and how does justify not refunding the price paid for service after all of the inconvenience & mistrust caused. This is a shame as I wanted to regain trust in the location but service recovery was not good enough.

I would say 1 star is even a compliment. I got charged for looking at my car for £54. Which I didn’t get told about. I only really went in there to get my MOT done. I just asked the lady if they could have a look why my car was over heating and she said okay. Not telling me I was going to get charge. And then I get told what needed to be done just before I paid and a person called Dave or David. Said it was £610 to repair everything. I looking into it all and he was going to charge me £305+ VAT when I found the part for £30 from East Kent parts. And he told me he looked around and couldn’t find the part anywhere except for the dealership. I’ve never bought parts by myself but as this price was huge and my girlfriends brother does other mechanical things he helped me look for the piece and found it. I really wish I could go and talk to the owner about what happened because it was the terrible experience. It was the first time I thought as it was more convenient I would change garage for once but was a terrible decision. I don’t feel like I should’ve been charge £54 without getting told there was a charge. And had a good explanation why Dave tried to charge me more than £300 the price of the part I found.

I booked my car in for a major service and MOT. I took my car in at 8.30. MOT was done but they only managed to do a very small service on my car after having it all day. This was totally pointless as it needed a major service. I now have to take my car else where and spend more money to get my car properly serviced. Not happy at all. If they had said they couldn’t do the service I would have booked it somewhere else. Or if they had rang me and said they can’t fit it in today but can book it in at another time that would have been acceptable. I would not use this garage again or recommend to anyone I know.

Appalling, avoid using this garage! I took my car in for an MOT, my car had been running perfectly fine, car started first go every time I turned the key. Got a call from Elite saying I needed to pick my car up ASAP whilst the engine was running as they had trouble starting it. Got there and was told my car needed £1000.00 worth of parts to pass its MOT. Left in complete bewilderment as my car had been running perfectly fine beforehand but driving home the engine sounded awful and completely different. Was unable to even start the car after getting it home and was very suspiscious, so I went to another small independent garage who got me through my MOT at a price of £432.22 and that included labour and a new battery, which hadn't even been figured into Elite's cost of £1000.00. I don't even want to give them 1 star as they've ripped my off of £54.00 for an MOT. These guys should be ashamed of themselves, especially in these hard times!

Haven’t had any issue with this garage before except for this time, the was a big scuff on my leather steering wheel and the drivers seat was pulled very close, so it seem someone has scuffed the steering when whilst getting in or out. Not to pleased about that. They need to take more of customers vehicles
