“Had my gamuts speakers up for sale on hifiwigwam & mark contacted me to see if I was interested in trading for a pair of new audio physic Avanti's First & initial thoughts were, typical dealer here, look for top £££ for the Avanti's & offer well below value for my Gamut's. To my surprise he gave me my asking price & also below Rrp for the Avanti's . Was still hesitant, thinking I'm buying the Avanti's without auditioning. But Mark kept assuring me that I would love them. Well he was right, more than right. I love these speaker & after owning top models from Gamut B&w proac & sonus faber, these are without doubt my favourite speakers I have owned. They do everything well. Loads of detail with aa particular smooth / soft sound. Miss are lovely & the bass is just perfect. Can't say enough good things about these speakers or Mark. The best deal I've got in Hifi from the best dealer, in my experience anyway. Thanks a mil guys”

“I have very successfully done business with both Elite Audio and Audio Emotion and have always found the experience pleasant and completely to my satisfaction. My main contact is Mark and he is a great guy to work with. Part exchange in particular is a joy with Mark. Very generous offers delivered quickly in a professional "no bull" let's get the job done kind of way. Mark has consistently offered me the best prices when I have tried other dealers. “I was recently in the market for a new DAC, thought I knew the one I wanted and the guys at Elite Audio gladly sent it out for me to try. It wasn't what I was looking for and asked them for a suggestion and the M DAC+ was recommended, again I was allowed to try before buying, but it didn't take me long before realising that it was just perfect for my taste. I would always plug Elite Audio for top service, knowledge and quality of products.”

“I initially spoke to Mark and Martyn of Elite Audio about going from a valve power amp to a solid state power amp via a part exchange deal and they couldn't have been more helpful. On discussion about what I wanted from the amp and compatibility with the rest of my system, they suggested a Densen amp. Communications were good all the way through the process and they were patient with my many questions. They arranged everything including delivery to me with pickup of my amp on the same day and that all went smoothly. I am very happy with the Densen and the after sales service has been good as well as they have answered questions for me after the sale. I would happily use them again and if I upgrade, I will talk to them first. Whilst this is not a product review, I would highly recommend Densen if wanting a valve like sound and transparency without valves. I would highly recommend Elite Audio.”

“Having upgraded my system early this year to both Krell power amp & Cary Audio tube pre amp decided I needed to replace my Cambridge CD transport having added a Lector Digicode DAC which offered a massive improvement over the AirDac I used before. By pure accident while on EBay I came across the Lector Digidrive which I know are like gold dust as they are regarded as one of the best transports under 10K . Having spoken to Mark who shared my views on just how good all the Lector products are especially their CD's are decided to order the Digidrive with matching power supply. After around a hours warm up all I can say is the sound is beyond anything I have ever heard including my. brothers Meridian system. Instruments sound so realistic almost as if you are in the room. Look & sound stunning”

“For a new company the service provided by Mark at Elite was first class with very fast delivery and free postage. I was already familiar with the amp when it was the old Densen beat so no requirement for advice,however I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would be happy to purchase further equipment from them.”

“I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the team at Elite Audio. Martyn and Mark were very helpful and knowledgable. Rather than a pushy sales pitch, I felt they listened to my preferences and needs, and then provided sensible honest advice - all this without ever visiting the showroom. Delivery was also prompt and efficient. I'm currently in the process of getting to know my new Octave Audio valve amplifier; a very enjoyable experience. Many thanks Gents.
