“In the search for new loudspeakers I 'd been recommended I should look at Boenicke. Elite are the UK suppliers so I gave them a call. Mark offered very friendly and professional advice, and we discussed a 30-day home demo of the W11. Not content with simply giving me a demo of what they had in stock, he was happy to order a bespoke new set to my choice of wood, adding the swing-base isolation, and whether I wanted the SE or SE+. Arranging the demo and delivery of the speakers was simple, Mark and his team handled it all very well. We also discussed a trade-in of my existing speakers should I want to keep the Boenicke W11's, and I was offered a very good price. Once the W11's were built and shipped from Switzerland, they arrived on time, and I quickly had them unpacked and in my system. I knew I wanted to keep them straight away, they were exactly as Mark described. There was no salesman fluff here, they did exactly what he said they would!”

“I've purchased several products (new and used) via mail order from Elite Audio and Audio Emotion over the past 2-3 years. All were exactly as described, very well packaged, and quickly dispatched. Communication was excellent throughout, and not limited to office hours. Not every product has suited my system as I had hoped. When that has happened, Mark and the team have readily accepted a return, and made a real effort (at their time and cost) to seek to understand why it fell short and in what respect(s), and see whether they could recommend/offer an alternative. That has involved the generous loan of equipment at their cost, which proved invaluable for me in understanding the capabilities and strengths of alternative products. Their approach seems to be to offer the highest standards of service (typically associated with specialist local dealers) but with the convenience and accessibility of mail order. In that they largely succeed. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased a pair of Virgo 25 loud speaker from Elite Audio. As I was in South Korea, I had to request Elite Audio to ship it via international logistics. Unfortuantely, a critical damage was found on the front panel (Cabinet) of a speaker when it was delivered. As I requested no insurance for the TNT international logistics, both TNT and Elite Audio were not responsible for the damage. However, Elite Audio did not ignore this situation. Elite Audio discussed with Audio Physic so many times to arrange a new front panel and promised to send it to me for free of charge.”

“Mark Has excellent knowledge of the industry, knows what he is selling, will listen to what the customer wants understanding their needs and gives firm honest answers. I called seeking advice for smaller loudspeakers that could be used close back to a wall. First he got to know a bit about my likes/dislikes in music, room size,and my system components, from this he offered two speakers in my budget. After some discussion with the good lady we brought the Boenicke W8's, and what a speaker they are, every thing Mark told me to expect and so much more. My spare unused equipment was taken in part exchange, and excellent deal which only a fool would reject. So to sum up, 10 out of 10 for every thing.”

“Having just upgraded to set of Audio Physic Virgo 25's on Marks recommendation which to say are incredible is a gross understatement, I happened to mention what he would consider would be a good upgrade on my current excellent Krell KAV250a power amp. Having read numerous reviews on Macintosh, Sugden, Cary Audio & of course the other Krell he's mention the Wyred 4 Sound SX1000R's mono's that they had used with great success at various shows & with existing customers. First impressions of the SX1000R's is are these really going to compete with the legendary Krell's etc that everyone seems to rave about over many years, as they simply don't look up to the job. Funnily enough once placed in my system they didn't look unlike the Krell in terms of looks as they are very similar design in both colour & design. After powering them up & leaving for a few hours decided to put on Hells Freezes Over - classic Eagles CD- clearly these mono's are in a very different league to the Krell in every way, soundstage, clarity & very analogue sounding which is the last thing expected from Class D. Although they need a good 2-4 weeks bedding in according to Wyred 4 Sound who I emailed recently, they are something very special . Having spoken to Tony Holt at the company people in the US have been using them in seriously Hi End systems & blown away by them. Mark has also arranged for a Mamp for my centre channel which I'm sure is going to be just as good, What's really amazing is the Wyred 4 Sound product range they aren't stupidly expensive unlike some of the so called competition on the market which is a massive plus for the consumer. Overall Mark has managed to transform what I thought was a great system into what is now a truly breathtaking one along with my bank balance to boot- A true Sales Professional there's no doubt?”

“Elite Audio are very appropriately named. Their products are of the finest, and their advice and service absolutely of the best. I am a seasoned hi fi enthusiast regarding the purpose of the equipment to enable me to enjoy my love of music. I know what real instruments sound like, and it seems to me that these guys are the same. Some hi fi shops major on bling and the jewellery aspect of the hobby, things that are not remotely important to me, and although some of the equipment in Elite’s portfolio may initially be unfamiliar, they know their stuff and are able to advise accordingly. They are rare in today’s world. They care about what they do, value their customers and really try hard to give them what they want. – not always easy when buying hi fi at a distance. In my case, I don’t think anyone could have done more to help me reach what I regard as hi fi nirvana. (Until the bug bites again!). Oh, it’s also worth mentioning they’re efficient and friendly as well – stuff comes when they say it will. Buy from them with confidence. I doubt you’ll regret it. They won’t let you!”

“I decided to buy the Wyred4Sound USB reclocker (called Recovery) plus the S/PDIF reclocker (called Remedy). I chose to power both types of reclocker with the Wyred4Sound PS-1 Linear Power Supply. There were some initial problems which Elite Audio solved - their response to the problems was to all intents and purposes immediate and I was truly impressed with both Elite and the Wyred4Sound products.”

“Having already bought a Lector Reference CD from Mark which is beyond words compared to any CD costing many times more decided to upgrade my B & W CM10 S2 . Spoke to Mark who recommended The Audio Physic Virgo 25 as they would work really well with my tube system & offer amazing natural sound. Having let them burn in for 3 weeks I was amazed at how natural & musical they sounded compared to the B & W's, however mentioned they still sounded a little bright with the Tellurium Q Ultra Black speaker cables. Mark suggested I try the HiDiamond 7 speaker cables & Diamond 2 XLR as they offered incredible natural detail along with warmth compared with the TQ's. After 3-4 days all I can say is breathtaking rich natural sound without any of the brittleness & harshness that both the TQ's & Kimble Monocle XL offered. Simply put having tried numerous so called amazing brands from Nordost, Kimber, Tellurium Q etc, the HiDiamond not only offer the best sound by miles but just as important I haven't had to sell off all my internal organs to afford them. Once listened to everything else pales in comparison. Outstanding products backed up with quality knowledge & expertise.”

“The best audio gear purchasing experience in 35 years of spending too much money on this hobby. Although, in this case I got an absolute bargain. The asking price was already crazy low for an ex-demo pair of Audio Physic Tempo 25 speakers, but as it transpired the demo speakers were out on loan so I was sent a *brand new* pair at no extra cost! The icing on the cake was how friendly Mark and Martyn were throughout the process, no box shifting attitude here. Highly recommended!”
