“I would give them 0 starts Used ElevateOM.com started off very keen but the web developer really had no skills. They took a 50% deposit and this was after they kept adding on items to the price which they said were essential I stopped using them after they could not get past the first phase of project Wont give my 1.6k deposit back and they have simply say the deposit is not refundable- I did all the work they just did an initial mock up. I am a genuine customer -please keep alert as to what they are charging you for and i would not recommend Seeking legal action to get some of my Money back AA Khan”

Dear Mr Khan, Thank you for the review, though we are a little confused. We are very happy to continue the project, however we do need feedback in order to proceed. We have created some designs for you of which are a very high standard. Though this may not have been what you are looking for, we do have unlimited designs to ensure that we produce exactly what you desire.

“I asked ElevateOM for design a web site for my business . They were so helpful until I paid the deposit which was 50% of total amount . Once I paid it has been difficult to get hold of them. The so web designer copied the website of a USA dealership and put our name on it and asked us to approve it which I refused to do. I have asked them to refund my deposit but they refused saying that they are waiting for me to approve the copied web page . I am not sure what to do , May be I have to go to the law .”

We have tried to contact Mr. Khateeb, but get no response from him. We have completed a design of which does need feedback. We will continue to try to make contact to reach an amicable resolution.
