“Elivate care support exelent , but not happy being chased for payment begining of NOVEMBER when payment renewal was not due until 28/11/2024 and having demand letters for payment 8 November 2024 and tex message 15/11/2024 reminder my account was overdue. and from sales team more interested in review of self before payment made, In my opinon the way I think this matter should have been ,for establist customer sending email just reminding them of renewal date in my case 28/11/2024 and deyails what is covered. Just thought to let you know abount this for inprovement , otherwise 5 star.”
