“After some very difficult conversations over the last 2 years with a previous developer who paid little attention to my requests, I spoke with a new chap at the customer services, named Angelito. What an absolute delight! In retrospect, I wish I had dealt with from day one. I have absolutely no doubt I would have had a better experience developing my site. Angelito was so patient and spent hours on the phone with me, correcting and amending many of the mistakes that should have been checked before the site had gone live. He is definitely a credit to any company. Very grateful for his help and amazing chap.”

“I had a few issues with my email account which led to me missing vital enquires but Sarah Responded to my cry for help super quick and gave me the information that I needed to resolve the problem and I managed to respond to the enquiries and get my issue resolved within hours of the initial problem. So I won’t have to worry about missing anymore enquires.”

“We have completed the initial design phase of our website project and I must confess we were dreading it, but it's proven to be a very speedy, simple and pleasurable process! Amy and Sandra have been great to work with, Sandra nailed the design from our brief and we just made one minor tweak which she turned around in super quick time - and she even got that spot on! We're looking forward to starting the next stage and thanks Sandra and Amy for getting us off to a fantastic start.”

“My overall experience working with ElevateOM was good and I am happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, I found it hard work and the whole process took a long while to actually get moving. I think this was partly due to the fact that the process seemed disjointed so, for some parts it moved quickly, for others, it was very slow. I think perhaps they need to improve their forms that request information from the client as, clearly, their content writer initially had no idea about my 'product'. I think a bit of transparency would have helped on both sides as I was quite happy to provide more information. This part of the work really slowed things down. I personally would have preferred the opportunity to have an actual conversation rather than the constant back and forth with emails, although I appreciate the present situation (i.e. Covid-19) may have affected their working patterns. The final stage I cannot fault. The member of staff I worked with was extremely patient with my numerous questions and answered everything I queried quickly and concisely. He was like the last person carrying the baton in a relay and he managed to make up the time lost previously! I am hoping working with them going forward, is a positive experience.”

“Very responsive from start to finish. Every one I had spoke / wrote to, was on a professional level. Time lines was adhered to. Avinash did all that I asked and not once disappointed me. Only reason for not having a 5 is I would off appreciated some feedback and or advice in regards to the contents and recommendations to make it better.”
