“I was very pleased with my purchase and the way I was treated. I do however usually back off and leave a shop when someone approaches me when I'm browsing...this did happen but I was so keen to have the goods I put up with it and eventually accepted this was just the personality of the owner. I always think a customer needs to get a feel for the products and layout of the shop, with time to browse. If this is denied, they might just leave or only buy what they came in for without the chance to discover something else they like or hadn't seen before.”

“Excellent service,great product knowledge and very personable attitude. Went into the shop, variety of styles attractively displayed. Went to look round which I had been meaning to do for months........and of course couldn't resist buying a pair of summer canvas shoes, just that little bit different and reasonably priced, felt my purchase just had the edge!! I intend to call in regularly when in Prestatyn and will certainly be looking for winter boots with a difference later in the year. Thank you for great service Angel Roberts”
