“I was really pleased with the service. I had been looking on line for sandals for a while and found a lovely pair at Elevate your sole. They surpassed my expectation the quality and fit were perfect and delivery was very speedy. I will definitely order again. Thanks.”

“I was very happy with the service and my trainers when I first ordered them. Not so happy though when my sister wanted a pair and wanted another pair for myself, sister got hers, my size however was out of stock. I was quite disappointed by this, and felt I should have been offered to be e-mailed or texted to let me know when they were to be available again. I did feel a bit upset that I was just told "we don't have your size" and that was that. Not sure I would come back to buy again.”

Although we try our best to fulfil all of our orders, unfortunately the occasional mistake can be made with stock levels. I have had a chance to look through the correspondence that you had with my colleague and I can see Jacqui offered her apologies and an immediate refund.
