“What a quality shop to have in Prestatyn, purchased a fab bag in a shade of blue I have been after for ages. Hal & Lesley are so welcoming; fantastic service, gorgeous shop I definitely recommend a visit soon.”

“Me as a chap, saw some nice shoes, ordered them and they arrived a few days later. No problem. I'm pleased. End of!!! My wife however is a very different kettle of fish, she spends days, weeks or months looking for shoes that are comfortable, stylish and that meet with her approval. Hal rose to the challenge! He spent ages finding just what she needed and hey presto she was sorted. The shoes are all she expected and more, so she is pleased. Me, I'm delighted as it look as though my days searching for and through shoe shops may well be over. I know she will be back to visit the shop, Hal will find her some shoes with which she will be delighted and my days walking three paces behind her looking for shoes are hopefully over. Hal, thank you hardly does it, but I will have to say it again THANK YOU.”

“Where possible, always prefer to use local business and if you'll excuse the pun, 'sole traders'. I've always been told to invest in shoes and a good bed and I purchased a pair of Loakes from Hal not long after the shop opened. Customer service was second to none and after some excessive wear of the shoes, I needed the leather sole repairing. Having contacted Hal, he orchestrated a return to the manufacturers. The shoes have been returned like new in record time. Such service encourages me to use the store again and is anything but cobblers...”

“I needed a pair of shoes for my son's wedding. I have very wide feet so it is difficult to find pretty shoes. I had previously tried on a pair of van dal heeled shoes so knew they fitted. I ordered them online as they were £5 cheaper. They were elegant and just right, navy suede with attractive frogging on the front The shoes arrived very quickly, the service was excellent, and i would definitely recommend Elevate your Sole for their courteous attention.”
