“I was at first, sent mismatched shoes ans was told they were the last pair - however, with further contact, this was deemed not the case and my opinion of the customer service did a 180 degree turn for the better. I since received great service and have some lovely shoes :)”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm disappointed to hear that the service that you received wasn't up to the high standard that is usually achieved. I've just come back from my honeymoon, so I'll look through the communication that you've had with one of my colleagues, so that I can get a clearer picture. It's normal procedure for any faulty shoes to be inspected and if they're found to be faulty any postage costs would be re-imbursed. I haven't had the opportunity to inspect these shoes yet, but I will make it my priority. Also, we do have another pair of size 4 available, if you are still interested in this style? “Amazing company. Ordered a pair of wellies and found the calf was too small. Emailed the proprietor and he measured the calf of a larger size for me and exchanged my smaller size for the bigger one. No problems and communication was fast and friendly. Will definately buy from again!”

“Just had op on my foot the Velcro helps so don't have it to tight as swelling has not gone down yet yes please with my sandles”
