“My order came when expected and was well packaged. On the card inside I had a little message written in pen hoping I enjoy my item and thanking me for my order and some love hearts (sweets). Wonderful personal touch! Love that an independent shoe shop is still managing to operate during difficult times and providing little personal touches you don't get from larger online companies. I wish you all the best and hope you survive this horrible situation we are in which is causing so many small businesses to close.”
