“I received my recent order very promptly and to my surprise a card with a handwritten note inside saying thank you for ordering, hope I enjoyed my purchase. What a lovely thought, and a little packet of sweeties too.... this makes me feel like a customer and not just a sales opportunity/target. How very lovely. “These guys were amazing, their customer service went above and beyond! I ordered shoes for my daughter, the same day they sent me an email with photos to say the only pair they had wasn’t to their expected standard and offered me a discount or complete refund. Then when they arrived, my daughter was overjoyed to find some sweets in the box with the shoes! Real sweet hearts who really care about what they’re doing. Definitely recommend!”
