Hello, It's always disappointing to receive a negative review and I'm sorry that you have felt the need to write this. Can I ask which email address you used to contact us? I’m really sorry that you received the wrong item, but I can’t seem to find any previous messages. I have had a look at your order and there was an issue with the photo in the listing for the scarf, which we’ve subsequently removed. I’d have happily provided a free returns label.
