“I buy lots of things online and I know how it all works. But I have always been wary of buying footwear. Until now. During the 2020 lockdown I did a lot of local walking but this took its toll on my favourite walking shoes. They were no longer doing their job and I had to bite the bullet to get some replacements. I knew what I wanted and searched the web and came across “elevate your sole” who had my first choice in stock and at the right price. I took the plunge! And without any exaggeration this has been the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. From my initial email contact with Hal (who answered my initial queries on size, width and price of the shoes) right through to the prompt delivery, accompanied by a hand written thank-you note, the entire experience was completely stress free and actually very enjoyable. So, many congratulations go to Hal and his remarkable staff. And the shoes? Perfect! I know where to go for my next pair 😉”
