“Purchasing and contact was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the shoes I bought didn’t fit well so I’m going to go to the shop to buy them now Wales is open! Returning the shoes was simple. Lots of nice touches like the sweets included with the shoes (I didn’t eat them - it felt wrong when I realised I was going to send them back) and a card in the box too. I won’t hesitate to order again.”
