“First time using this company, my trainers arrived within a few days, I needed to exchange for a different size, customer services were fantastic, immediate reply to all emails, I had a problem receiving the digital returns note, that was sorted instantly, so now just waiting on my new size to arrive, I have no doubt that they’ll be arriving as promptly as the first pair. “My favourite shop in Llandudno. They don't sell cheap,nasty footwear,only stylish,comfy,hard wearing good quality footwear. Returns can be awkward,I was gonna return my shoes as I thought they were too big. They were expensive and I wanted a smaller size. I'd prefer to visit the shop but only have a holiday home in the area so I missed the return deadline and now have a pair of shoes that are too big for me ! Still love the shop though !”
