Hello, Thank you for your feedback — I’m glad you loved the look of the shoes, even if the fit wasn’t quite right this time. In terms of quality, they’re actually a step up from Hey Dude, especially since the brand was taken over by Crocs — we’ve found the newer ones just aren’t quite what they used to be! If you liked the style and comfort though, I’d definitely recommend taking a look at Kickback — they’re very similar in fit and feel to the original Hey Dude range. FYI, if you’d have chosen the standard delivery option rather than expedited shipping, that cost would have been refunded when the shoes were returned.
