Very unreliable in terms of ordering something, as they can say that something is in stock but afterwards they can call you to tell you that unfortunately they do not have it. Very expensive charge for a delivery that takes more than a week. Not recommended. The TV is fine for now, so thank you for that.

Delivered on 9th working day after ordering online. Tried to contact by phone on 5th day to see what was going on and had to ring 4 times trying different ext. numbers before someone answered. This was a week day! Eventually told there was a backlog but they had my order [which I already knew]. Poor customer service and bad communication. Item I bought is fine but I would be reluctant to use this company again. Delivery service good once they got item.

Ordered a TV at a very good price. Date for delivery sent to me then on the day the delivery was cancelled as the TV was sent to the wrong currier depot. No calls or emails for a few days so sent email to the dealer who responded it was out of there hands once it was sent for delivery. They confirmed they had contacted the currier and they would be in touch with me once another delivery date was arranged. Still no contact from the curriers. There is a lack of contact from the Electricshop even though they say it is the couriers fault. My purchase is with Electricshop and not the currier so they should be looking after me better than this. They have had my money but don’t appear to be giving me the after sales service. If the TV had arrived on time then I would have given them a 5 but this has possibly exposed the gap in their customer service.

Product ordering and delivery was quick. But product didn’t work out of the box so referred to manufacture. Now hanging on for a replacement and the opportunity to return defective product,

My order was for an item labelled "in stock". Well it wasn't. It took 3 weeks for you to get it from the manufacturer. Once paid for I felt compelled to stay with you but would have rather gone elsewhere.

Dear Sir We are sorry that you feel that we have let you down. We have checked your order details and our sales dept did attempt to contact you by phone. This was to advise tou that there had been a big demand for the Bose Companion speakers you had ordered and that we were sold out at the time, when you placed the order the website was showing these speakers as "Available to order". We also sent you an update email a few days after with an expected incoming confirming that you would receive the order before Christmas. As per the courier tracking details your order was delivered on 22nd December. Unfortunately due to the Christmas rush there was an unexpected delay on our delivery from Bose UK. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise to you for the delay in delivering your order as promptly as we normally would within the time frame specified. Had no delivery notice at all luckily I had called you this morning. And was in when it was delivered. Vey pleased with the item. But delivery of item poor. Reply to your email 10/3/15 i can assure you now email was sent and no text message.

I ordered a Zanussi ZWF91283W Washing Machine from here. It arrived a day later than arranged and it didn’t work, I had to get the manufacturer in to repair it under warranty.

Placed an order for a Dyson cordless - no acknowledgement email sent so I emailed them, they got back quickly and said they would email me when item in their warehouse. They didn't, as a result I was not watching out for email from the carrier. It didn't matter as the carrier went to the wrong address and left a card(Thurs). On Monday the carrier went to a different wrong address and left a card despite my phoning them to ensure they had right address, post code and my mobile no. Delivery was finally made late on Tues afternoon after 5 calls from me. No apology from carrier although to be fair Electricshop did apologise for delay. Not used to this sort of thing - most firms send almost too many emails. Suggest they make more contact with customer at all stages and ditch this carrier, totally incompetent. I will not buy from here again.

Fingerprints on waste container and dust / hair inside. Plugs normally have protective shield over pins - this plug has been inserted into a socket. Wheels marked.

Great service to deliver my Samsung TV within a couple of days of it being ordered. However, my experience of ElectricShop has been tarnished by their reaction to the fact that the TV did not come with a pair of 3D glasses, despite them being advertised as such and confirmed verbally when arranging delivery. The response was that it was an unfortunate mistake to advertise them as an included accessory (fair enough) but the solution? I can buy a pair from ElectricShop at the current discount price of £29.99, which is more expensive than just walking in to Currys to get them! Not good customer service I'm afraid.
