Item delivered at 2145. Was scheduled to arrive between 1800 and 2000. Removal of old fridge/freezer resulted in damage to my wooden floor as it was dropped.

Was told delivery date and time, but it could not be left in a safe place. Emailed my option to be delivered at my neighbours but they never received it after waiting in for the delivery. However, the driver left it in my cupboard!! There was no ticket left. But the following day I received a email saying I had signed for it strange as I was at work!!. There was nothing in my cupboard as I have not received any purchase. Someone is phoning me tomorrow morning. As I would like my hoover of which i have paid for, but have yet not received.

Paid extra £10 for next day delivery and the item came 3 days later.. poor service. Very good item but poor service..

My negative rating relates to delivery problems, four days after purchasing on line, I have no idea when my washing machine will be delivered, having used up a days annual leave , all I have to show for my purchase is an overflowing laundry basket and a disappointed child because we waited in after school missing his swimming lesson.

item never arrived no communication waited in all day rude bloke on phone saying they tried to deliver but I wasn't in they say they left a card in the house with brown door I repeated I have been in all day no card want it delivering today wont be today you need to make arrangements for it delivering another day so I have to wait in again and take another day off work I don't think so I will cancel and go elsewhere not happy at all

i have rated you very poor maybe you as a company do not deserve that but i suggest you get a grip on the courier company (dpd) promised my delivery on 07/01/2014 had someone on standby to fit the amp into my system but got an email about 2.00p.m telling that my parcel had been delayed at the depot and would be delivered next no reason so i will have to pay for the person to come back tomorrow to fit the amp again,not happy

Order process and delivery perfect. Sadly the remote was missing out of the consignment. Finally got offered a remote without cover for the batteries. Needless to say I cancelled the Order. I wonder how long I have to wait for the Refund. Watch this space>
