“There was an issue with supply of a turntable. Totally not their fault, these things happen. The gent at electricshop sent an email and called to say that I had just missed the last of the item, and offered the options of the same thing in a different colour, wait for a new shipment, or don't go through with the order. Which is all the options. The colour did happen to matter, so I chose wait. It was a gift, so I asked him to get in touch by a certain date to say whether stock had replenished, or otherwise the other colour. It so happened there was new stock that day: I was informed and asked if I still wanted it. I did. It then arrived a day early. Very on the ball, so smooth and helpful. Will use again.”
