“I have not recieved the product. It was due between 1040 - 1340 on Thursday 8th May 2025. I booked the day off work to recieve the product, then DxExpress sent me a message stating they were unable to deliver the product, after I wanted to recieve it. So do date I still do not have the product I paid for, and I have lost a day's annual leave. DxExpress has not provided any update as to when the product is arriving. Very disappointing.”

“Excellent Service - Dyson V8 delivered on time , quality packing- The Dyson has now been used a lot , Very pleased with the Dyson. “A great product at a very reasonable price. However, the service was let down by shockingly bad, hugely expensive delivery from DX. The courier twice claimed to have missed me and left a card, when in fact they did not attempt delivery until the third booked slot. Much worse than Evri or DPD, and very poor value at £9.99.”
