“Generally I am weary of using small online stores for purchasing high end electrical goods due to past experiences. Fortunately my worries were for naught. I purchased a brand new Denon DVR-X4700H which is running a promotion for a 100 GBP discount. The online store is very easy to navigate and very professionally constructed on par with some of the other bigger known companies out there in the UK and accept Paypal and AmazonPay payment services. Customer Services were a delight to speak to both pre ordering and post order, Very helpful and courteous. Delivery speeds was phenomenal, the AVR was delivered the very next day in the morning. in good condition. Anyone holding doubts about ElectricSHop need not worry. You will get better service here than using any of the bigger chains. Anyone looking to Upgrade an AVR unit for their Home Cinema Systems should seriously consider the Denon AVR-X4700H, it has many great features and is future proof I wish Electricshop well and will definitely use again”

“No problem with Electricshop. Delivery people need a shake up. I had a DPD saying my parcel was in the depot and the van would not be in till 11am and we would be give a 1hr slot for delivery. The following morning at 7.31 there was a knocking at the front door ( yes we do have a door bell ) and there was my parcel from Electricshop, On checking my phone there was a message at 7.01am saying Darek would be delivery between 7.28 and 8.28. Not a happy bunny”
