“I cannot praise the Customer Service from the electric shop.com enough. Especially the lovely Ed who was the height of helpfulness. Tumble dryer did a dieing act, so was desperate to get one delivered so ordered a Blomberg 10kg vented dryer, on the Friday, which was then going to be delivered the following Tuesday. While musing Friday night, I decided that perhaps I should go for a heat pump dryer instead. So Saturday decided that’s what I wanted so rang the electric shop and spoke to the lovely Ed. Note a human on the end of a phone. No bots, no robots. No assisted digital customer service. We spoke at length and was able to cancel my original order and then order a Bloomberg 9kg heat pump tumble dryer that got delivered the following Wednesday. The moral of the tale is spend a bit more time then I did researching what you’re going to buy but having changed my mind it was their customer service which is excellent that allowed me to change mine. Thanks again Ed. Was definitely going to give you a personal mention!”

“Placed my order to be delivered on a Friday however I was formed the one in stock was damaged. We argreed to have TV delivered the following Tuesday I was reimbursed the delivery cost immediately. My order was delivered on time and could fully track the order, the tv is amazing and service top class.”
