“I purchased an item for the first time from this retailer. One of the worst experience I had. The delivery service took my parcel to dpd depot and said nobody was at home. Checked my cctv camera and the delivery driver did not even come. I asked for refund from the company who refused to give me a refund until they got the item back which was at dpd depot. The company even checked the gps of the driver and it showed he never even came to my road. I will never shop here again”
