“I phoned the electric shop in Potters Bar needing advice with regard a new CD Player. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. As suggested, I very easily ordered online my Marantz 6007 on Saturday 31st July and received it 3 days later being kept informed of Order placement and delivery date and time. Excellent, reliable, informative service throughout which I highly recommend.”

“The service from electric shop has been superb from ordering to keeping me updated all the way and including express delivery, not to mention the great prices when compared to other hifi stores. The only negative being that the packages were damaged in transit by DPD, but luckily the contents seem unaffected.”

“Very happy with my purchase. The delivery was super quick and importantly it was really well packaged. I particularly liked the note on the parcel saying "Do not leave in a safe space". We all know the couriers will dump parcels anywhere so this was a really great idea.”

“Very good service, arrived within 2 days. Product was packed well, the original box inside a plain box so no delivery people could see what it was. Really good price ( best I could find on the net) + found a voucher for an extra £3 off, brilliant.”

“Great easy to use website. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Excellent customer service. When we realised we'd ordered the wrong speaker customer services contacted us within 10 minutes and the issue was resolved quickly and easily and we are now awaiting the speaker we should have ordered in the first place. Excellent service all round.”
