“Bought a Bosch washing machine. Full marks for swift clear communication and helpfulness, particularly when I needed help with claiming our free extended warranty & Persil. Delivery guys were friendly, polite and helpful too. Good price too. Would definitely buy again from this company & 100% recommend them.”

“A straightforward ordering process for a fantastic soundbar, and a very friendly follow-up call the same day to schedule a timely delivery. All very smooth. I would definitely buy from ElectricShop again! The only minor issue was with the Courier service .... in that the packaging appeared to have been somewhat less than delicately handled (ripped plastic, and several tears & bashed chunks in the cardboard packaging). Not ideal for an expensive electrical item.”

“Purchase process very easy and fast. Cost more than most other shops for some reason. However I was extremely surprised and happy it was delivered the very next day and on a Sunday. Very nice surprise. Based on delivery alone I'd recommend this company to others.”

“Purchased from Electricshop.com for the first time. Ordered a Dyson TP09 purifier and received a call to say that the last one had been sold. Was told when new stock would be available and that the previous price would be honoured. The purifier was dispatched and arrived on time. Would definitely buy from this company again.”
