“I ordered a Denon RCD - DM41DAB after reading reviews on Amazon. I usually use Amazon for my electrical purchases because I find them trustworthy and efficient. I noticed that Electricshop were selling the Denon unit I wanted for considerably less than Amazon so I checked out Electricshop reviews and took a deep breath and ordered from them. I was not disappointed in their service and I will be shopping with them again. Their communication was excellent and the courier service they used was fast and reliable. I am delighted with the Denon RCD-DM41 but more to the point, I was very pleased with the service I received from Electricshop. From my experience I can say they are competative when it comes to pricing, their communication is faultless and I received my purchase within three days of order (it could have been two days but I was out and missed the courier).”

“Haven't had cause to contact customer service, so the five stars is based only on the purchase, delivery and packing experience. I boght a big and heavy AV amp. The external carton was given an extra layer of carbboard a couple of inches bigger than the manufacturer's box and the whole thing was enclosed in a sealed shipping bag, all of which arrived ahead of schedule with plenty notification from the courier.”

“Had been let down by two leading retailers promising they had stock of an item which resulted with incorrect information after I made the purchase which then lead me to Electricshop. I was after a Denon AVC-X4700H AVReceiver in Silver so on calling I spoke to Mark who was very pleasant and helpful, he checked stock to confirm and assure me he had the model in stock in the colour I wanted and at the lowest price. Purchase On-line was quick and easy and delivery was super quick arriving the following day in the afternoon. Absolutely spot on and brilliant service !!!”
