“User friendly site, competitive prices and speedy service. The only downside was the DHL delivery. We live in a second floor flat with no lift, and the DHL delivery driver left the parcel downstairs! My 70 year old husband had to struggle to carry the extremely heavy (two floor standing speakers) up the stairs........ absolutely despicable!”

“on a Saturday I tried to buy a Dyson direct and as an existing customer I was offered 25% discount. My bank details were taken and I was promised delivery on the Monday. By next Wednesday it had not arrived and when I rang to inquire I was told the item was out of stock and they could give no indication of delivery time. I tried this company and the item arrived two days later and was slightly cheaper. Full marks Electric shop and zero marks Dyson service.”
