“First class service. Originally ordered a white Denon CEOL N11 but later decided to change to a black system. Sent an email late that night and received a reply next morning.. No problem. Delivered by DPD the following day. All in all a good shopping experience. Will shop here again.”

“Ordered an item for a family member who was coming home after battling illness and the day before it arrived he passed away. Contacted Electricshop explained the situation and they were so cold and dismissive about it and told me too bad you pay for return shipping. Clearly human decency is not of interest to this company, only money.”
