“What can say . Amazing product at amazing price . Speedy delivery though had minor issue with DHL delivery . Ring customer service and the person I spoke to was beyond and above to help . Very patient very kind delivered outstanding customer care.i couldn’t hold DHL but electric shop called them rearrange the delivery and called me back . I’m happy that I have supported smaller business with purchase rather big corporate . This customer service had time and listened to resolve the problem . 10 star customer service and to product”

“Great experience from ordering to delivery. In a competitive market the electricshop offered the best overall price and package. I felt comfortable ordering from them. Shortly after ordering online I received a call from the electricshop to arrange delivery which was offered within a few days. An all round good experience.”

“My parcel was sent to a parcel shop instead of delivering it to my home address. I was at home and did not move an inch This is very disappointing after paying for fast delivery. The parcel is still at the shop. Very disappointed”

“Just received the item. It's faulty. Ci ta yes Ninja and told to send back to retailer. I will do so tomorrow. Not the best first experience. Have subsequently spoken with them directly. They were curious enough to call me directly. Very helpful and to be fair, it was a faulty product from the manufacturer, as they had verified, so wasn't the retailers fault in anyway. Refund was quick and hassle free. Customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to buy a product from them again.”
